Rout Layer Checks
-
Rout Layer Checks analyzes rout layers for design errors, specifically for line and arc features, feature with
.comp
attribute is included.

Set Range
Command:chklist_ erf_range
-
Set range value for each analysis check items
-
There are three types of analysis result: Critical, Warning or Safe
-
Default setting is avaialble for all parameters
-
Value can be changed in respective fields, and saved in ERF
-
See below picture for the Range interface:
Range
Small Arc
-
Set analysis result range for arc feature radius smaller than half the size of rout tool
Short Line
-
Set analysis result range for line feature length shorter than half the size of rout tool
Short Arc
-
Set analysis result range for arc feature length shorter than half the size of rout tool
Intersection
-
Set analysis result range for any rout feature in contact with each other
Too Narrow
-
Set analysis result range for two features with not enough spacing in the same chain
Unfinished chain
-
Set analysis result range for connected features with chain attribute issues
-
Issues to be detected:
-
Not all features has the
.comp
or
.rout_chain
attribute
-
Features in the same chain has different comp / feed / speed value
Unprocessed chain
-
Set analysis result range for detecting connected features without
.rout_chain
or rout chain relevant attributes
Unclosed Gap
Miss Pilot Hole
Problematic Intersection
Zero Length Line
-
Set analysis result range for detecting line feature with 0 length
Duplicate Surface
-
Set analysis result range for detecting duplicate surface
